Overview

Form Timer for Google Forms ("Form Timer") is a Google Workspace add-on operated by Qualtir. This policy explains what data we access to provide timing features on Google Forms.

Data we access

To run timers, availability windows, and timing fields in Sheets, Form Timer needs access to the Google Forms and linked spreadsheets you connect through the add-on. We use this access only to provide the product features you configure.

What we store

Timing configuration and operational data required to enforce countdowns, start/end windows, and anti-cheat validation may be processed on our servers. We do not sell personal respondent data.

Billing

If you subscribe to Pro, billing is handled through our payment provider. Account email and subscription status are stored to manage your plan.
